How do I apply?

Answer - If you have hired an attorney simply give us a call. We will ask you a few questions and have an answer for you in as little as 24 hours.

How much is this going to cost me?

Answer - It depends on how long it takes for the case to be resolved. The sooner the better, but if it goes on for a while, you will appreciate our easy-to-understand interest rates and one-time fee.

Do you check my credit?

Answer - We will never check your credit. We rely only on your accident case.

What if I lose my case? How much do I pay back?

Answer - You owe us nothing. We are in this together.

How do I pay you back when my case settles?

Answer - Getting you back on your feet is our focus. Your attorney will send us a check when your case settles.

How much will this cost my client?

Answer - Our goal is more money in your client’s pocket at closing. The way we operate allows us to offer extremely low interest rates and no unnecessary or hidden fees.

How much work do I have to do?

Answer - All we need is your signature on the already completed contract. You already have a lot on your plate and we understand that. There is no application for you to fill out and we are always here if you need help or have questions for us.

Answer - Our company was started by attorneys, so we are extremely attorney-friendly. What is said stays between us. You have our word on it.

How do you determine how much money to give my clients?

Answer - We simply ask you a few questions about the case and then we will rely on our knowledgable staff with over 10 years of experience in the legal funding industry and will work with you to determine the amount necessary to get your clients back on their feet. We never fund clients without your input. When the case settles, we want your client to walk away with more money than they would have if they used another funding company.

How much is IA Capital involved with my client’s case?

Answer - Aside from our initial underwriting and approval process, you retain full control of the case. We never want to be an obstacle or impediment to settling a case but we are here whenever you need us.

What do I do when the case settles?

Answer - Give us a call for a payoff or logon to our Attorney Portal on our website. We will set you up when we get started.
