Our goal as a pre-settlement funding company is to help attorneys as well as plaintiffs achieve the most favorable settlement possible.
All too often plaintiffs and their attorneys are forced to settle before the true value of the case is reached simply due to financial pressures on the plaintiff.

We can alleviate those pressures and request few things from the representing attorney.

We request of the attorney:

• the attorney’s acknowledgement of our lien thru signature on sections of the agreement with the plaintiff
• update of case status and permission to review files upon request
• to withhold repayment of our lien at case closing and timely submission of the payoff funds to us.

We strive to make the process as simple as possible for both the attorney and plaintiff.
